The importance of being socially connected is proven to be invaluable for good mental health. In the article bellow, from ‘The conversation”, authors provide explanation and tips on connecting more in your community, for better mental health.

Within our Byron Shire we have so many opportunities to connect with others!. Listed bellow are just a few options for anyone looking to expand their social connectedness.

The garden is a place of vibrancy, abundance, cultural diversity, friendships, knowledge, sustainable practices and fun. Growing since April 2009,  we now have a diverse range programs, projects, workshops and activities available for all ages, abilities and interests.
